  1. Vendor stand spaces are limited.
  2. Stand fee: $250 per vendor stand (CAD) (payable if you are selected and confirm — details sent with your stand number).
  3. We review applications based on what you offer to keep a strong variety in the marketplace.
  4. Submitting this form does not guarantee a spot.
  5. If selected, you will receive your stand number and payment instructions by email.
  6. After you are approved, stand placement is first come, first served for completing payment and any required paperwork.
