Our story

The African Culture Festival in Saint John brings together families, artists, and entrepreneurs to share the colors, sounds, and flavors of a continent and its global diaspora — at the waterfront, in the summer sun, with room for everyone.

We believe culture belongs in the heart of the city: open markets, open hearts, and open invitations to learn, shop, and dance together.

“Culture is a bridge. One rhythm at a time.”

— Festival team
